Collective stipulations: Operating as a collective, exchanges are made by suggestive donation. Members must be 21 years or over, or with a parent and doctor’s approval. Members must only sign a document taking responsibility for their self medication. Delivery is available as well as consultation by qualified staff in person or by phone .This collective runs under the guidelines of senate bill 420 established in 2003 in the state of California.
